I led the redesign of Ford’s Product Insider communication system from discovery through implementation—conducting research, strategy workshops, and design development to build a new SharePoint-based intelligence hub. I also coached the Global Competitive Intelligence team on the new workflow through live tutorials and workshops, helping them adopt the system and reduce weekly production time by 30%.
